The Isle of Wight cricket season’s highlight - the annual 3-day MCC tour.

This year’s third and final match is at Newclose County Cricket Ground (PO30 3BE) on Wednesday 3rd July, when the Isle of Wight Cricket Board’s Under 22s eleven take on the MCC team in a 50-Over match for the ‘Keith Newbery Trophy’, starting at 11am.

Entry is free for all, with plenty of onsite parking, a licensed bar in the pavilion and a barbecue for spectators. Local schools will be demonstrating their cricketing skills between the two innings, and the coaches of the Isle of Wight Cricket Board will be there to introduce boys, girls and newcomers to the sport.
