Medina I.O.W junior parkrun are heading back to Seaclose park this Sunday 8 September, 9am.
The weekly 2k run/jog/walk is aimed at children aged 4-14 and suitable for all abilities. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

Medina I.O.W junior parkrun would love to welcome new runners to their weekly runs on Appley seafront every Sunday morning, The 2k run, open to all those aged 4 to 14, starts a 9am every week but arrive just before to get warmed up 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

Further to our recent announcement of the creation of our new LJR COACHING SPORTS ACADEMY. Applications are now open, for next term.
We are very excited to be in partnership with Champion Academy and Cowes Sports FC.
LJR Coaching are no longer a part of the Isle of Wight College, and we would like to take this opportunity to thank them for all their help and support over the past 12 months.
As we are no longer with the college our base will be at Westwood Park where our classrooms are, we will have the use of Westwood Park for our matchday games.
