Over the past week I’ve had every emotion about what happened in Southport. I still can’t say the words. But what I can do is cook, and speaking to an old school friend who was a paramedic first responder, I knew I had to help in some way. Let’s talk chicken! Last weekend I was given a chicken from the amazing and let me tell you it was the best chicken I’ve ever had (and everyone who ate it agreed). Best chicken ever, like ever ever! I’m always searching for local producers and this farm is everything I believe in ethos wise ‘Inspired by the natural movement of animals within a landscape, our chickens move every day to fresh diverse pastures. Feasting on herbs, grasses and insects gives them a diet that enhances the flavour and texture. We manage our birds in a way that promotes diversity in our pastures, the daily move means our chickens don’t over pressure our resources, allowing for fast recovery and adding vital fertility back to the land’. And I am so pleased to be serving these chickens on my menu now. Honestly, I can’t stop thinking about how good it was, I can’t wait for you to try. X

My summer roast menu is finally here! This is starting from this Sunday throughout August and potentially September (if we actually get a summer). I have also got a competition over on Instagram where even if you don’t win you’ll get 15% off your order. Win win! Photos are of the menu when I cooked it this weekend for friends. Pick up is from 12:30-4 on Sunday and orders must be made before 12pm on Saturday. 💙

EXCITING TIMES AHEAD. I’m rebranding to encompass all the food experiences that I offer. This has been a long time coming and I’m so proud of how far my love of cooking has come.
