We are a family run catering company based here in the lovely seaside town of Newquay.
We have several company’s including, Squires sausage shack, North coast catering and North coast sausage company.
We cater for all your events from a birthday for 10 to a festival.
We specialise in BBQ food and smoked foods which are amazing as a lot of you would have tasted in the past if you have eaten my food.
We also specialise in “private dining” where I send a professional Chef to cook on your home or a venue you have chosen and they will cook for you all night and we can also pair this with a wine waiter or a cocktail bar person for you dining experience.
