**IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE TOMORROW’S EVENT**
DOORS WILL NOW OPEN AT 3:30PM - ENTRANCE INFORMATION
- We are opening the doors earlier now to avoid delays and so that we can get you in to enjoy the fun and entertainment as quickly as possible
- Please leave enough time to travel to the event, park on site and walk to the front entrance gate
- There is still a road closure between the roundabout at the end of Trevemper Road and Morrisons roundabout. Anyone travelling from this direction please take into account this diversion and allow an additional 10 minutes to your travel time (if arriving before 5pm, longer delays expected after this time)
- We strongly advise that you plan your evening to get to the event as early as possible to avoid delays and enjoy the entertainment which starts at 4pm
- Our LED STILT ANGELS will be on the front gate handing out free glowsticks for the first hour (don’t be shy to ask for a photo with them, they look amazing!) before transforming into FIRE ANGELS in the event field stages. This performance is not to be missed!
WAZZON
The kids disco (hosted by Henry The Hippo!) starts in The Venue at 5pm followed by Merlin’s Magic & Illusion Show.
After the fireworks display ‘Fast Lane’ party band are playing here followed by The Silent Disco
There is also live music all night downstairs in The Terrace Bar
The Disco Boom Box will be rocking the event field with DJ Mark Allen from 4pm
The TREE OF UV is open all event from 4pm, the face painting tent is located next to this area also
MARSHMALLOW FIRE PITS & Sparkler Area will be open all event from 4pm (but there will be a pause during the fireworks display)
CRAFT TENT - Head to the long white tent for some fun crafting activities
FOOD & DRINK TRADERS will be in the main gravel area and top corner of the event field
RATTLER TRUCK BAR is in the top corner of the field (The Venue & Terrace Bar will be open the whole event as well)
MARKET STALLS - Some amazing local businesses will be here showcasing their amazing products
HENDRA FACILITIES OPEN FROM 3PM ALL EVENT: Adventure Golf / Playpark / 3 x Arcades / Always Sundae Ice Cream / Fish & Chips / Pizza
TOILETS
This year there are three toilet areas located across the site:
- Inside The Venue / Terrace Bar area (as you enter the event, upstairs)
- Outside toilet block next to the gravel area (behind the big green hedge) where the food traders will be (Central location - Disabled toilets also located here)
- Portaloos & urinals next to the crafting tent / fire pits in the far bottom corner
RUGBY
England vs New Zealand is being shown in The Terrace Bar.
Kick off is at 3:10pm, get down early for a front row seat! Food is available here as well.
