I first used a gym back in 2005, since then I've trained at over 115 gyms. To this day I still get the same feeling 🫡 Now it's nearly 2025 and I get to help and work with some incredible people on their journey.

It's not all smooth sailing, you will have ups and downs, injuries and commitments that get in the way. But at the end of the day, we should all go want to be fit, happy and healthy!
Working out should be a given for everyone! You must find what you enjoy for the longevity of your training because this is a lifestyle, no shortcuts, no hand-outs, take your time but never stop ☝️ what you gain from hard work is yours to keep 🤝
