I'm acutely aware of the privilege I have in this role, and how couples are invite me into one of the most important and vulnerable times of their lives 🥹✨
It's never lost on me.

I'm also forever grateful that I get to marry couples as kind, as warm and as downright deeelightful as what Niamh and James are 👰🏻⚡🫶✨🤵🏻

From start to finish, this ceremony focused on what really mattered; them, their love for each other and the wholesome bond they share with their little girl, Sadhbh 💕✨👧

As her mummy and daddy made their vows and exchanged rings, Sadhbh was happy out, running round the lush grounds of , and do you know what? 🙌🙌
That was totally fine because as long as she was happy, so were we! 🥰🥰

Her beautiful white shoes on the other hand, well, that's another story 🤪💕

This gorgeous couple got married in a romantic and heartwarming ceremony back in July at the stunning 👰🏻🤵🏻💕

They chose to include a Unity Candle ritual, and the beautiful candles they used were made specially by the bride's friend 🕯️🌿 (swipe)

With the couple's story and personal vows included, guests were taken back to where this love story began; at a sand dunes party as teenagers, which led to a sand dune proposal as soul mates 💍🥰

Lynda and Scott got married in one of the most relaxed settings I've had the pleasure of visiting so far 🥰✨

was the unique venue for their wedding, and Lynda herself injected so much creativity and artistic flair into the décor 🌼🏵️🌺

Their ceremony took place later in the day, and it was a celebration of their love for one another and their family. They chose to include a sand blending with samples of sand from various locations which hold sentimental value to them as a couple, and as a family 🥰🌊⏳

It was an absolute pleasure to be involved in this deeply personal and family oriented celebration and I wish this wonderful couple and their family so much happiness for the future ✨✨🫶🫶

'As Shauna's school bus made its way through Stewartstown each day, Oisín would be stood at the bus stop, waiting in anticipation for a glimpse of the blonde, curly haired girl who he'd wave at as she passed by.' 🥹

This was the start of their journey to their wedding day, which took place back in July 🤍

Their ceremony was filled with personal elements including a handmade macramé rope by the bride's friend, Naoise for the handfasting, and a shot of fireball in the Quaich at the end of the ceremony 🔥✨🙌

Eight weeks ago today, Rebecca and Ally stood in front of their closest family and friends and became
🤵🏻Husband and Wife 👰🏻

Their ceremony was filled with romance and sincerity and the gorgeous ceremony room was filled with happy tears and joy as guests enjoyed a handfasting ritual which featured tartan to represent their two families 🤍🥰

Hugs and cuddles are the most natural comfort a child will seek, so PLEASE tell me WHY this should be any different during a wedding ceremony?!😏🤨

This incredible couple tied the knot in, what would be, the final wedding ever in Crawfordsburn
🫶🥲🎉

They greeted their guests before the ceremony began with a drinks reception and their ceremony included a Celtic handfasting and Quaich ritual with a swig of Uisce Beatha 🥃🎉

They made their arrival to their ceremony together, and when I say that room was filled with JOY and LOVE, I really mean it; just look at the happy smiles in this photo ☺️💖

I can't begin to explain the privilege it was to marry Marie and Carol and to be invited into this precious milestone in their lives 🤍🫶✨

At some stage of planning with my couples, I usually use the phrase, 'our wee bubble,' to describe how it will feel standing at the top of the aisle on your wedding day!

All eyes are on you 👀👀
Your nerves are up to high do!! 🙃🙃

And before we begin, when I encourage you to connect to your breath, wiggle your toes and bring your mind to a calm place, you might think I'm a little nuts, but, I'll encourage you nonetheless!!! ☺️

Well, they would definitely make the cut! That's for sure!! 😍🔥👰🤵

We all gathered in the gorgeous garden to celebrate Kieran and Cheryl's love and commitment 💕✨

Their story had lots of laughs and giggles and featured Kieran's very first cheesy chat up line to Cheryl, which arguably led them to their wedding day! 🧀😅🧑‍🔧

Having their children involved in the ceremony was so important to both Kieran and Cheryl, and rightly so! 😍

Cheryl's handsome son, Calum walked her up the aisle; and the couple's cutie pie daughter, Kiera, was my best helper on the day, passing up the rings and helping place the ribbons under mummy and daddy's thumbs for the handfasting 💓👧👰🤵🧒🌟

Happy one week-aversary to two of the BEST!!! 👰🤵🫶🫶

I'd be here all day, longer even, trying to articulate how unbelievably CLASS these two were to work with ✨✨

Meeting as two teenagers, Ciarán and Sarah's story was full of fun, laughter and warmth.☺️

Their ceremony at the fabulous included a Celtic handfasting, Quaich ritual and had Gaeilge featured throughout 💚

Here's some lovely words they sent me afterwards which made my day!! 😍🥰🙌⬇️⬇️

'Ciara, I just wanted to send you a wee message to thank you again for Sunday. Our ceremony was so personal, special and all of the Gaeilge elements were beautiful thanks to you. Everyone we spoke to raved about how amazing it was, and for a lot of them it was their first humanist ceremony so I feel like it was the perfect introduction for them!

You were so calm and you really helped my nerves that had suddenly come over me as I arrived at the venue! Ciarán also says that you really kept his nerves calm too in the run up to the ceremony! He said he might have fainted if it weren’t for you 😂

We could not have asked for a better person to marry us and we are so grateful that you were part of our day ❤️ go raibh míle míle maith agat, I hope all your future couples know how lucky they are to have you as their celebrant 💕
