Aimee chose a very delicate mix of flowers and added some fine eucalyptus foliage to her bouquets. This added softness to the design but also helped the pale colour palette stand out against her dress. We always have to think about the whole picture when designing your perfect blooms!

This day last week, I started the prep for two fabulous weddings taking place on Friday and Saturday. Both brides had the same first and last name (!) but luckily for me, their floral style was completely different - making life a little less confusing! Prep involves getting all the containers, oasis and accessories ready, filling buckets, going to the wholesale to check and collect the orders, and then returning to the workshop to condition the flowers. The flowers are all packed in boxes and need to be removed, unwrapped, foliage stripped off every stem and finally snipped with scissors before being placed in water!
