Our teams are ready and the competition is high no one wants to come last so the pressure is on!!

If you are free on Saturday at 12 make sure to come to TMQ to cheer on our athletes and get them over the line!
Grab a 🍺 and a 🍔 while you cheer them on!
We are raising money for 2 great charities in and

We will have our very loved Echo bikes out for our spectators to give them a go. 60 seconds max cals! Prizes to be won for the fastest male and female!!

We will have a “challenge PQ” where we have a box for any ideas on what torture you have in mind so get the thinking caps on!!
