Looking to source a lift for (Matt) + one crate of bits to go from Newton Abbot (or near) to Airecon to attend from Thursday night, travelling home Sunday. Will of course pay fuel. Anyone going past from Plymouth/Cornwall ?

Tablecloths for Full Board Gaming: Torquay all checked. I'm glad I washed and aired them immediately after last year's event! They kept tables remarkably clean last year. This year I will remember to bring one to Airecon too!

We'll have our 'The Missing Piece' stall running at Full Board Gaming: Torquay, with loads of spare parts that might help you replace bits you've lost. Items are 'free' in return for small charity donations to our supported charity Children's Hospice South West

On the way to Full Board Gaming:Torquay last year, I was so busy and excited doing stuff for the Con that I overshot Torquay station and had to come back again from Paignton. (My normal work journey is to Paignton). Not long now!

Dear Guests - Our main games room for Full Board Gaming: Torquay will be the larger, and more brightly lit Warwick Ballroom. The Richmond Room (where we were last year) will be used for the Murder Mystery 'Antiques and Alibis' eveing events. Can't wait to see most of you on Friday 31st, and a few arriving early on Thursday 30th. Gaming areas will be available. (Early mission creep is upon us! No bad thing for a growing convention).

I totally love the "Play To Win" idea. Last year I gave out freebies as random prizes, but this year these 'prizes' will instead be available at FBG Torquay for you to play and win! [Sign the game out, play it, add your name to the contenders list when returning the game. Winner drawn about 5pm Sunday. [Full details and game list at event]. A shout out to new friends at Nexus Games Torquay In Union Street opposite Boots. Luke has blown magic and sparkle upon ashes of a geek retreat and turned it into an amazing independent and inclusive coffee shop, shakes bar, community hub and gaming space. (Closed this weekend to be at the Parade and on Torre Abbey Meadow supporting Torbay Pride). I hope to see you in there playing board games soon!

Here you go folks! Booking details for Full Board Gaming's January 31st and November 7th weekends in 2025. You can book 2 nights or add +one before or after (or both!). Talk to the booking line about any special requirements. Family rooms and Suites available for those that wish.
