The cost is £30 and buy one and get a second half price . They can be 2 rides on one voucher for a single child or we are happy to send 2 vouchers if they are purchased for 2 children. We will be at Newton Abbot Racecourse for their Christmas Fayre , which is going to be even better this year. We will be giving our normal rides in the parade ring. And after the ride they will get their free rosette. Do come and see us. We are hoping Breeze may come this year to make her debut!

Half term is nearly on us and the bookings are filling up, please dont leave it too late to book and disappoint your children. This week we have had visits from Scotland as they are already on half term.

A much quicker way for you to check if we have any spaces on the day or coming up is to go onto our website www.humarynshetlandponyrides.co.uk and clikck onto the book a ride button. it will take you to the bookinbg system and you can see what times and dates we have available. Sometimes we dont get to the phone if we are busy to take calls and see messages

Its been a great start for the sale of our discounted Christmas Vouchers, Buy one session and get a second for half price making a total of £30. These can be for 1 child or we can split for 2 children and each will have a voucher . The are available from our website www.humarynshetlandponyrides.co.uk where you can click on the discount voucher tab and place your order and make payment. On notification of your purchase we will email the voucher (s) to you with the booking ref codes on them. Please note these cannot be used until after 25th December 2924 abd the have a year epiry on them to December 2025

Really good start . The new website had only been running for 2 hours yesterday afternoon and 2 sets of vouchers bought . Plus 2 sets that are waiting payment . It also puts them in a basket until you have gone back and paid . ...I wonder if we will break last years record breaking sales of 350 vouchers

Our updated website is now live. Christmas discount vouchers are now available to purchase . This is via the website and payment made online. When payment has been received we will send the vouchers by email to you with their discount code ready for when they are used to book. this year we are offering Buy One and get one half price for a total of £30. This offer can can be used for either 1 child or 2 separate children, and we ask you to confirm this when you order . There will be a full year expirey date starting from December 31st 2024 . Update. Our website is in the process of being upgraded and updated (we hope by the end of this week) and we will shortly have the facilities to order the christmas discount vouchers and pay by card (not sure if it will be attached to the page or if you will receive an invoice) and your voucher(s) will be emailed to you by Marilyn. And looking into our polo shirt and hoodies in the Humaryn Shetland Pony colours which should also be availble, hopefully in the near future. .

Just a reminder from a previous post. We are getting the first part of our shelter delivered next Monday (thank you to all that have donated so far) so this week we are only doing ride sessions at 10am as we have to clear to site ready for the delivery. We will be back to normal from Wednesday 25th September although we are away at a show from Thursday 26th and be back to work on Wenesday 2nd October ... This does not affect the Saturday and Sunday 21st/22nd, we will be open for full sessions times on those two days. We dont take much time off and we are involved with helping at Lovaton Fun Show and happy that this year Kit has come back and entering with his new pony 'Frankie' We will keep the fundraiser open as we need to add to the shelter as all 8 shetlands wont fit in. We will be extending this ourselves. 😘

Watch this space ...we are almost ready to sell the Christmas discount vouchers . Buy a groom tack and ride session for £20 and buy a second for half price total £30 This year we hope you will be able to purchase and pay through our website (not the booking system although all year round ones can still be purchased that way ) and upon receipt of payment we will
e mail your vouchers to you . I have a page all set up ready to get the payment etc finalised

We have decided that during November, December, January and part of February until half term we are only going to be open for rides at 10am and 12pm. The 2pm session will be cancelled while its Winter daylight hours. This will enable Hugh to finish up earlier and get the feeding of the ponies completed before the darkness sets in. And also give him some home time and get to do a few things together. (well decorating time!) It's been a really busy summer holiday season which has been brilliant and the ponies and him need a well earned rest.
Weekends will not be affected as during these months it is the busiest time. On Saturday 23rd November it is his 80th birthday and we may decide to cut the sessions down then too as we arent sure what we are doing yet. The 30th November we are back again at Newton Abbot Racecourse for their Christmas Fayre giving rides and its looking like it will be better than ever this year so do come along and support them and give us a visit!

If anyone is desperate for a 2pm slot, please do not hesitate to ring 07506287539 and we will be happy to consider opening for a one off occassionally.

Today I decided to be very efficient and get all the boards ready for the Newton Abbot Racecourse christmas fayre on Saturday 2nd December .... We will be back giving rides with our Shetlands. This year we are bringing Smartie, Buttercup, Solo and little Harley who loves to be dressed up and some of our regular helpers will be with us. The rides are priced as always at £5 and a free rosette to show you have been to ride. We are also offering discounted Christmas vouchers of buy one and get a second half price for the total of £30 and will have a limited number available on the day . They can also be ordered in advance from Marilyn 07560 287539 and collected at the xmas fayre. or you can order from the desk and they can be emailed to you .. as can any that are required at anytime up to 23rd December
