⭐️ BUSINESS SHOUT OUT ⭐️

A little fact about me, I’m petrified of the Dentist and always have been! 🫣 When I had an issue with a tooth in November and needed an emergency appointment it was my worst nightmare! 😩

I booked an appointment at as they could fit me in straight away and from the moment I walked in, I felt myself starting to relax.

The decor and atmosphere didn’t feel (or smell 🤣) like a dentist which was a huge plus for me.

I had an initial appointment and check-up with . I explained the problem as well as my fear of the dentist and he was fantastic and put me at ease straight away. The appointment went smoothly and I left with a treatment plan I was happy with.

I was then booked in for the clean & polish with Stacey, who again was fantastic and my teeth felt amazing afterwards! ✨✨✨

I then needed a 3rd appointment for an extraction 😰 This was the one I was most nervous about and I was so anxious when I arrived.

I shouldn’t have worried, was brilliant.

He told me exactly what was going to happen, reassured me and throughout was checking in with me to make sure I was ok and not in pain. The process was so quick and painless, that I actually didn’t realise he had taken the tooth out when he told me I was done! I could have quite happily carried on watching whatever program was playing on the ceiling TVs for a bit longer 🤣

I wouldn’t say my fear has magically gone, but I’m 💯 confident and not anxious to attend regular appointments at as I know I’m in such good hands 🙌🏻

Thank you all for a such a positive experience, something I never thought I’d say about a dentist 🙏

I am a qualified and experienced Sleep Therapist who will help your family get the good night’s sleep that you deserve. I have worked with hundreds of families supporting them and guiding them through gentle sleep methods which have had amazing results.

In addition, I am a qualified breastfeeding counsellor. Whether you are struggling to initiate breastfeeding, or struggling to get your milk to come in. You might feel like something is just not right with your baby’s latch or they seem to be crying at every feed. Or maybe you have decided it is time to wean off breastfeeding for whatever reason you feel is right for you and your child. I am here to help.”

Steph will be on hand to provide expert advice and answer any questions that you may have.

Due to the dreaded Christmas Lurgy still hanging around me & the cough testing my pelvic floor muscles on the daily 😂🤧 I’ve unfortunately had to reschedule tomorrow’s coffee club to next week ❤️

Hello 2025 & Hello to all of the lovely new followers who have joined us recently - welcome to our wonderful community 👋🏼 💕

I’m Laura, your host, mummy to our IVF miracle Millie who will be five (😭) next month and wife to Neil ❤️

I LOVE & everything it supports - us, the women, the mums! 🙌🏻 The joy I get bringing you together, hearing you chat and laugh and watching strangers become friends in front of my eyes is THE BEST! ❤️

If you have been looking in from afar & are nervous about booking a ticket, I get it - I’ve been there, I was you. I will always be there to greet you & ensure you are chatting with a new friend in minutes 🥰

A few things about me:

👯‍♀️ I also became the new host of in December 💕

🇯🇪 I’m originally from Jersey & moved to Scotland in May 2022

🇺🇸 I fulfilled a dream when we had an opportunity to move to America in 2018. We lived just outside Washington D.C and every day I felt like I was living on the set of Scandal or the West Wing!

🎶 I love live music and one of my happy places is dancing in a field at a festival with a fruity cider in my hand!

☕️ I would happily drink gingerbread lattes all year round

📺 I love to watch a good American drama, binge a crime thriller, obsess over a trashy reality series or curl up on the sofa with a cheesy rom-com. I think that means I’ll basically watch anything 😂

🥊 I once took part in a charity white-collar boxing match in front of 600 people and absolutely loved it.

🐦 I have a fear of birds and will cross the street for a pigeon 🫣

🌿 I really really really dislike Coriander!

🥰 Over the last 5 years, my circle of mum friends have become some of the most important people in my life. I turn to them at every high and every low and it’s why I’m so passionate about what we do at TMC

Millie has attended the hip hop classes for the last 12 months and more recently added the tricks & tumbles class and she LOVES it ❤️

“Hi Families, I am Joane, a Mom of 3 grown-up boys and a diva labrador.

I am a registered Social Service and Healthcare worker. Qualified Private Maternity Nurse, Doula UK recognised Birth and Postnatal Doula and Childcare professionals (Newborn care Specialist, Multiple care Specialist - Twins/Triplets and Continuity of Care) for more than 20 years.

I am also a Volunteer in Amma Birth Companion and Doulas without Border (Volunteer of the Year 2024).”
