Guys, thank you so much for the amazing support you continue to show us. We sold out before 8pm which is crazy...

Tonight, we struggled a little, to manage the huge demand. We were not as fast as we wanted to be as we worked our way through a brand new set up & system. Learning every night 😯

We are sorry to anyone who waited longer than we wanted.

Next week we are going to have more drivers to whizz food out faster. We hope we have put it right, by now you are all fed.

I've had deep-fried bacon or deep-fried pi kels on my burger, I've fried a whole burger before, today I Southern Fried fried a smashed patty and cheese and stuck it on a bap..

Pretty tasty if I may say so...

A few drops Naga hot sauce did help too..

(That means inbox me not actual shouting)
It's gonna be straight forward (kinda)
The ribs will be coming straight from the slabbered with our home made Whiskey BBQ sauce.
With it you'll get with your ribs:
Dutch potato salad, Chicken butter Buttered sweetcorn, cucumber pickles and a Parmesan corn muffin.

What a most magnificent day at Old Rectory Killyman it was...

Beersnacks cooked on the lawn on the Big Green Egg Mini Max, served with Cocktails and champagne.
Grazing platters and some of Ireland's finest meats from Kettyle Irish Foods for dinner, and a selection of tacos and Brisket Foccash melts to finish the night off.
