Canapés- open crab empanada, cauliflower fritter with yogurt & caviar, prawn & prosciutto skewers & pickled tomato & mozzarella.

Starter - Cherry gazpacho with feta snow, basil oil, anchovies & pistachios.

Main - milk fed lamb with butter beans & roasted peppers.

Dessert - crema Catalena with berries.

- Beef Wellington, dauphinoise potatoes, roasted beets, carrots & parsnips

- Norfolk Cheese board, Baron Bigod, Walsingham, White Lady & Binham Blue

Mark made some absolutely gorgeous looking - and tasting - canapés today. The pictures really don't do them justice.

- Smoked trout mousse in a cucumber cup
- Pepper & goats cheese bouchée
- Baklava
- Figs wrapped in Parma ham
- Prawn & mango bouchée
- Ginger chicken cake
- Mini shepherd's pie tartlet

Plus, mini Yorkshire pud with beef, hot smoked monkfish wrapped in pancetta, savoury profiteroles with wild mushrooms, smoked mozzarella arancini not photographed.

The loss of a loved one is a very difficult time. We can help make it a little easier by taking care of the Memorial Tea. We have a number of options for you to choose from, starting with finger buffet menus or afternoon teas. We are currently serving them in a number of different ways to ensure maximum safety for you and our team. We can either serve on platters as normal, but we seat you first and call you up by table and we serve the food to you or we can prepare pre made boxes with a selection of food for your guests. We can also drop the food off to you.

With the easing of lockdown on its way we have started receiving messages from couples eager to start planning their Weddings and arrange quotes. We are very sorry but at the moment we are not taking on any new Weddings, this is so we can ensure our existing couples who have had to postpone their days once and in some cases twice, have our full attention and the full choice of available dates.

Also, we do not know what restrictions and requirements will be placed on our industry.

Stay safe everyone and hopefully we'll be celebrating together soon.
