With lots of enquiries coming through for afternoon tea, I thought it was time to share pictures of our beautiful china availble to hire!

We have some absolutely stunning vintage items and can cater place settings for an afternoon tea of up your 150 guests - that's a lot of vintage China!

We have everything you need from cups & saucers, milk jugs and sugar bowls, to teapots and cake stands.
Perfect for a wedding, christening or just hire in for your own little garden party and indulge in this charming tradition!

We also know a pretty damn good caterer that will do you a stunning afternoon tea to adorn our China with.

How stunning is this from Royal Ascot gardens?

I can’t think of anything nicer right now than sipping champagne whilst feasting on afternoon tea in the sunshine…. All from your very own hot air balloon. Bliss!

If anyone’s going then please feel free to take me along. 😂
I think this is most certainly going on my wish list of places to visit.

We are essentially “on the day coordinators” but we do have a number of add on’s that we can offer.

We are suppliers of glassware, tablecloths, centrepieces, ceremony arch’s and lighting!
We also offer ceiling draping, fairy lighting, festoon lighting, stunning chairs and a whole load more!

All of our stock is sourced with your needs in mind.
We ensure our stock is kept in the best condition and update our range regularly.

We also offer a room set up service for those couples who have sourced everything, but just need an extra pair of hands on the day to set it all up!

New for 2025 is our “clear down and pack away service”.
Feedback from our past couples has been listened to and one thing many asked for was this service!
I’ll share more details real soon.

Where do I start with this absolutely beautiful couple…..

I had the pleasure of styling and coordinating the wedding of Jordan and Kathryn, and was it amazing!!!

The couple approached me six months before their proposed wedding date asking if it was possible to organise a wedding in such a short time.
They needed help with on the day coordination, room styling and full set up, and some support leading up to the day with planning.
I absolutely jumped at the chance to work with them 💕.

We hit the planning straight away to deliver the most amazing wedding within the six months timescale.
They knew exactly what they wanted and wasted no time booking their key suppliers.

One thing I loved about this couple, is that they booked local suppliers and small businesses. The wedding industry is made up of a lot of small businesses and we genuinely do a happy dance when we get booked!

Their guests travelled from far and wide, San Diego (US) Toulon (France), Devon, Somerset, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Hampshire, Edinburgh and London.
Their day was beautiful from start to finish, a ceremony at their local church and reception at the nearby East Harlsey village hall.

The brides father had been very ill before the wedding and it was a huge worry if he would be well enough to make the long drive to North Yorkshire to walk his daughter down the aisle.
I literally cried happy tears when Kathryn told me her parents had made the journey north and would be at the wedding. It was a very special moment indeed.

This was my first Royal Naval wedding and honestly I was blown away with it all.
Jordan and Kathryn are one of the loveliest couples you could ever wish to meet and it was a real pleasure getting to know them both and share their day with them.

Jordan and Kathryn, thank you for coming into my world and for choosing me to coordinate and look after you on your wedding day, it was an absolute pleasure.

The way we work, what we do, and the small tweaks and details that change on the day that we orchestrate, move and make happen are innate.

When you have worked in events for as long as we have, coordinated a lot of weddings, and spoken to an incredible amount of couples, you realise you preempt every situation and make sure everything is perfect before your conscious mind has a chance to catch up!

Here's my biggest tip for you...

YOUR

!!!!!

This may sound obvious, but SO many couples forget this!

The time on your Wedding Day with fly by!
And before you know it, you're about to sit down for your Wedding Breakfast, and you've not spent any time with your newly wed (and the day is halfway finished!!)

Here's how to combat it:

💫SCHEDULE TIME TOGETHER - this can be 10 minutes straight after the ceremony, or do a first look before the ceremony.
Or even 10 minutes in between group shots.
(I build this time in for all my couples!)

💫GREET EVERYONE TOGETHER - instead of shuffling round to say hey to everyone individually, do it together!
This can also double as photo opportunities with every person too, so get your photographer to tag along!

💫DO A WELCOME LINE: This can be done before your confetti walk, or as a welcome in to your Wedding Breakfast, stay together as a couple to say hi to everyone!

💫GIVE YOURSELF A CUT OFF TIME - if you can't do any of the above, perhaps try a cut off time, where you stop socialising and from that point on, you just enjoy yourselves together!

Wedding Coordination, our aim

As glamorous as it sounds, the concept is simple, we work with our couples to help their day run their way as smoothly as possible. We offer suggestions and advice where needed, support in the lead up to the wedding, yes taking calls and emails at 11,30pm to reassure brides everything will be alright on the day. The traditional view of us coordinators is that we stand there looking important with a clipboard, directing proceedings just as air stewardesses on an airplane. Nope in truth we are the ones running around behind the scenes, anticipating problems, dealing with fashion malfunctions, spills, jumping in to help caterers get food out, serving welcome drinks and just generally seeing that itineraries are kept to and all guests are kept happy, cups of tea for auntie in the corner, amusing the children to allow parents 5 mins break to eat their food, the list is endless. By the time the weekend is over we have almost become part of the family. So if you need that extra pair of hands, a sounding board perhaps, please get in touch.
