THE GRAIN STORE! Our one of a kind, Northamptonshire barn is PERFECT for an informal wedding reception. With festoon lighting, many industrial aspects, an open fireplace, toilets and your very own 'getting ready room', what more could you ask for?!

Oh and not forgetting no corkage charge, an event manager throughout the whole process and on the day, a recommended local suppliers list, and three day hire, all for the cost of £3500. We have availability for 2023 and 2024! Get in touch to find our more by sending as a message!

NO CORKAGE CHARGE.....yup that's right! We charge no corkage charge! You can bring all your own alcohol for the daytime until 6pm. We then ask you to hire a professional bar for the evening (sooo much easier for you too!) We recommend the fabulous who even bring a super cool bar structure!

It can take some imagination to see how the barn would look from everyday use to wedding day, but you don't necessarily need that imagination. Trust the suppliers we work with to turn it into your ideal venue! The great thing about the barn is it can really become whatever you want it to be, with minimal or maximum effort!

GRAIN STORE - Our Barn or the 'Grain Store' as it's known is a working barn, transformed into a wedding venue by night, complete with wood burner, toilets, a 'getting ready' room, festoon lighting and so many other cool industrial bits and bobs! Hire of the barn includes 3 day hire so you have time to set up and set down, a planner throughout the planning process, an event manager for the full day, no corkage charge and bring your own suppliers for no extra cost at a hire price of £3500!
