I’ve been to London this week to Leith’s cookery school - and had the most amazing day. Am now a total professional at some pretty complicated sauces… and some really simple and delicious ones too. The weekend has gone too quickly - back to the kitchen tomorrow we have a busy week in store getting prepped for Silverstone … hope you all had a good weekend

My nephew was christened on Saturday - so it’s been a weekend of family and friends - and that obviously means celebrating together with good food and wine. We even had some Al fresco dining - the Italian way - under the trees … chasing the last bit of sun in the garden …

We’ve been busy these last few weeks - and sent out some mouthwatering food. An entirely vegetarian and vegan buffet that was almost too beautiful to eat!! Such pretty colours.
Boxes of breakfast and lunch and grazing boards. Sandwiches and wraps and cakes - delicious home made cakes

Monday 16th January - the most miserable day of the year. Heightened for me by sitting stationary on the M25 for over an hour now on the way home from the funeral of an amazing lady that I have known my whole life.

These beauties have cheered me up - an amazing client of mine has surprised nearly 800 of its staff with cupcakes to brighten their day.
