I frequently travel to London and UK and use a service called Trainline, and have done for a considerable number of years. Yesterday as I was boarding my flight I had an email to say my 23.40, last train from Euston to Northampton had been cancelled, so I booked a train from St Pancras to Kettering. I live between 2 different rail lines. By dint of fotitude I managed to get from Heathrow to St Pancras in an hour and a quarter, and caught the 23.00hrs train. Once I was on the train I read my emails, and my original service was reinstated. I thought I should be entitled to a refund, but apparantly not, even though I had had the scenario of booking a hotel etc etc and paying for an additional ticket.

So should I use Trainline again as they refused my refund?

10 years ago we converted 4,500 Coca Cola bottles into "Video Screens" This is how they looked. Just about to go and do some maintenance!!
