I’m back at the Cuddington Manor Farm sale this Saturday. Lots of tasty treats this weekend. If you’d like to order one of my traditional cakes (smaller 6” cakes also available) please let me know by Thursday. It’s just over a year since we did our first Sausage Sale at Gorstage Park Farm ….. What a year! Thank you to all our customers. We’ve loved baking up treats for our Saturday Sales.

Looking forward to next week at Gorstage Park Sausage sale where we will be making use of summer fruits in our cakes. Strawberry Victoria sponge and a delicious red currant cake are 2 of the goodies on offer on Saturday……. Not sure this slice will last long in our house…..

This weekend we are selling our goodies at the Gorstage Park Farm sausage sale 12-3pm. We have some delicious Rocky Road, Homemade fudge, millionaires shortbread ….. and much more…….. If you would like to pop along and grab some sausages/burgers for the BBQ as well as some treats we look forward to seeing you there.

Sausage Rolls……. Nearly all my boxes/buffets have the option for a sausage roll. They are one of my most popular creations. The most important ingredient is the sausage meat and I use the highest welfare sausage meat from local producer Deborah Phillips Nisbet and Gorstage Park farm Their meat and sausages are truly delicious.
