Talks and demos running throughout the day in the Tiffey room , The magic of crystals , Innate wellness and EFT technique for anxiety relief .A relaxing sound session and back by popular demand ,let’s all imagine we are on an Indian reservation drumming with our tribe , this includes Native American trance and light language , not to be missed but an open mind is needed . Plenty of spare instruments and drums ,we will lift the roof off with the amazing energy .Ending the day with a guided meditation.Free entry donations greatly appreciated.Thank you

Prawn Cocktail with freshly cooked baguette.
Beef Wellington with Red Wine and Thyme Jus
Dauphinois Potatoes
Cauliflower and Leek Cheese
Roasted Vegetables
Followed by Chocolate Orange Cheese moose cake laced with Cointreau.
