Aaand that’s a wrap! I just wanted to say a huge thank you from the bottom of my heart to all who came and saw our second exhibition 💜 It was truly humbling to meet so many new faces and feel your support.

I'm beyond excited to see new collaborations and existing ones grow from this experience. You guys are all such an inspiration!

Massive thanks as always to the participating artists, for the provided gallery space and support, for the photos and designs and everyone who helped to make this exhibition run smoothly!

Kate and Ruby are both professional ceramicists and storytellers. During their studies in BA Ceramic Design at Central Saint Martins, they bonded over their shared interests have been friends ever since. Their join collaboration will be exploring the principles, materiality and process of their ceramic practices!

𝙈𝙚𝙚𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝘼𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙨𝙩: Zana Baban

Zana’s paintings cover themes of Middle Eastern design and culture, along with the notion of q***r magic and art as an act of joyful resistance.

This resistance originates from her time growing up in the Kurdistan region of Iraq in a conservative household and society. Being surrounded by horrifying acts of violence towards women, she draws great inspiration from the power of women to endure and overcome.

Zana is collaborating with Arianne Waterlow

In this exhibition they showcased their individual practices to demonstrate the starting point of their collaboration. You will be able to witness in what direction their collab takes them in the next upcoming exhibition.
