It’s been a little quiet here after the workshop rush and while I recovered from a heavy cold, but I’m excited to share that this Saturday, I’ll be running a wreath-making workshop as part of the Feel Good Norfolk Wellbeing Hub. 🍃

Feel Good Norfolk organises a monthly hub offering complimentary workshops for those who need a little extra support, connection, or creative inspiration. It’s such a wonderful initiative, and I’m honored to be part of it this month!

We will be outside The Yoga Tree in Norwich, so if you’re passing, give us a wave 👋 🍃🍂🎄

(In the unlikely event of anyone gardening this busy week, I’m happy to take any greenery for this complimentary event 😊)

🌿 A Wonderful Day in Kate’s Garden 🌿 I had the pleasure of hosting a wreath-making workshop in Kate’s beautiful garden—my favorite venue so far. The setting couldn’t have been more perfect, with roaming chickens, pigs, a cozy wood fire, and plenty of hot chocolate and biscuits to keep us warm.It was a day filled with laughter, creativity, and connection—old friends catching up, new friendships forming, and everyone coming together to support a great cause. I’m thrilled to share that we raised an amazing £250 for Friends of Stalham High School!A huge thank you to Kate for sharing her magical garden, and to everyone who came along and contributed to such a wonderful event.
