With a small change to our timings! We have been talking about changing it slightly for a little while, so we are now starting and finishing 30 mins early!

Hevingham Village Hall needs a minute taker for meetings - 4 times a year - to take minutes and type them up. Next meeting is 2nd September 7:30 - 9:00. Future meetings will be likely in January, April, June, September or October.

This is usually done by the Secretary, who is a Trustee but we don't have an elected Secretary (although we would be happy to have one if you fancied it), so you don't have to commit to anything other than writing and producing minutes. Experience not essential but computer and email will be.

Come and join us or have a stall outside your property or on the green. All proceeds going towards Hevingham Tots to ensure the children have new equipment and materials for their sessions. We are also looking for people to sponsor the event to enable us to buy raffle prizes to add to the day. Alternatively if you would like to donate a prize please contact Sharon Ward. All help gratefully received . Thank you ###

The Village Hall AGM took place Monday evening 24 June 2024. We have elected the following people as Trustees:
Chair: Damon Summers
Vice Chair: Shane Ward
Treasurer: Mel Summers

Members of the public in attendance: None.

Moving forward it has been suggested that there is a dedicated web page for the Village Hall. Link to follow...

Lovely wedding at village hall . Family decorated the hall before hand. It was all very nice. The bride looked beautiful ###

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the village hall AGM has been postponed until 24th June 2024 @7:00pm
