Forgive the lack of content... The last couple of months have been spent focussing on finishing my degree rather than nomadic chef life! But pleased to announce that now it's finally all over, Marie and I are collaborating once again to bring a Summer Yoga Brunch to Clinks. Lots more exciting things in the works now that I'm free of the shackles of academia!

Had a wonderful day at Clinks Care Farm yesterday welcoming back the light with Marie Williams Yoga and our lovely guests. The weather was chillier than we'd hoped for so lunch was warming - a spicy root veg, cavolo nero and Hodmedod split wrinkled pea soup with mint drizzle and red kale crisps, followed by a hearty stew of farm produce and fava beans with aromatic North African spices, topped with garlicky sauteed asparagus kale (my new favourite thing!), golden kraut, herbed soygurt, radishes, quick sweet pickles and dukkah. With wild garlic & pea flour flatbread for scooping 👌

Carrot, rye, apricot & walnut cake, chocolate, stem ginger & pecan buckwheat cookies and masala chai followed 😋
