Well what a year it has been. We would like to take this opportunity to wish all of our fantastic customers, old and new a very Merry Christmas. We would like to give a special thank you to our local suppliers for keeping us going through difficult times with our meat and fresh veg orders. We couldn’t have done it without you. lastly a huge thank you to our team of delivery drivers that have carried on despite the pandemic just to ensure that we can provide you with fresh meals.

Hang your head in shame

We are a fresh Meals on Wheels service.

Today we have agreed to open up new delivery areas that we do not usually cover. This is to help the elderly and vulnerable through very difficult times and give them access to a fresh daily meal delivered to their home.

We have had a fantastic response from many local community groups that have welcomed our service and done all they can to share and inform people that we are available.

Our post was rejected by Poringland Community Group as we are not a Poringland business. This sickens us that many may need our service but cannot have the option to engage with us.

COVID-19 Update
Business is open as usual delivering fresh home cooked meals direct to your door. We are finding that certain menu items may be difficult to get hold of but we will make changes as necessary to ensure that our customers have a hot meal everyday.
If self isolating we can seal the meals in bags to leave on the doorstep, your delivery driver will knock or ring the bell to inform you that your meals have arrived.

Our service will continue for as long as we can and all necessary precautions are being taken.

After a very cold and uncertain week we are very pleased to announce that we managed to deliver all but 1 meal to our customers. A massive thank you to our very brave and determined delivery drivers and also to the network of local farmers, road gritters and snow ploughs. Hopefully next week will be a little more settled.

Also a very special thank you to our valued suppliers for also going above and beyond to ensure we can keep our service running.

All of our meals are freshly prepared in our local kitchen and are not frozen, as we believe that providing fresh wholesome food is vital to the elder generation. These meals are delivered in the morning to give the customer a choice of either having this as the lunchtime or evening meal.
