We booked Mike quite last minute in the midst of covid-19 as an increasing number of guests couldn't attend, then, we changed the date with only 2 days notice (thanks lockdown!). Mike was amazing and so flexible through all of this. On the wedding day when we finally met Mike, we realised we hadn't even had a chance to chat with him before the wedding and he just had to work his magic without much information from us... we've just had our videos back (within 8 weeks!) and WOW! Hiring Mike was one of the best wedding decisions we made. He captured so many amazing moments and to be honest, half of the time we didn't even know he was there...he just floated about like a ninja cameraman capturing all the special moments and pulled them together in the most beautiful videos! Don’t Wait Until The Last Minute… When it comes to wedding videography, the peak dates fill up fast! Something I find is that many couples don’t realise how quickly wedding videographers are booked, especially for summer and autumn. Your wedding day will be filled with moments that will fly by in an instant. From the laughter, tears, and joy, a wedding film is the one thing that can really help you relive the big day. Don’t leave something this important until the last minute. I’m currently booking for 2025 and 2026 and already have limited dates remaining for 2025. One of the hardest parts of my job is telling a couple who has fallen in love with my work that I am not available for their date! So, if you’re getting married in the next couple, reach out early and avoid disappointment!

🐎 Ellen & Alex's Wedding 🦆 Continuing to look back at what was another amazing year and this time it was off to Hengrave Hall in Suffolk to be Ellen and Alex's wedding videographer. The wedding was filled with surprises, including a horse guard of honour, a surprise violin duo, and a tequila tower. During the ceremony, the vicar asked Alex what time they would be eating, to which he replied, "I don't know," hinting that he had plenty of surprises! When the rain started after the speeches, the couple grabbed an umbrella and embraced it. With a fun first dance and a lively dance floor, it was clear they had the day they had always dreamed of. Gorgeous vibes... This was my second wedding of the weekend, and it was a gorge day for Georgie and Tom at South Farm. Both Georgie and Tom were quite nervous when I first met them in the morning, but by the time the ceremony began, they were excited and ready to enjoy the day! With an excellent team of suppliers, the whole day turned out perfectly!!

How To Nail Your Confetti Shot! The traditional confetti shots can be one of the most fun parts of your day, the pictures and films can create candid, colourful memories. Here’s how to make it picture-perfect: 1️⃣ Buy the right confetti – Biodegradable and colourful is key, I always recommend paper discs; these flutter and create amazing photos and video. 2️⃣ Walk slowly – Take your time, savour the moment, and give your photographer and videographer the time to capture it perfectly. 3️⃣ Stop and have a kiss – Halfway through the walk, stop and have a kiss together. It’s a magical shot! 4️⃣ Heads up, eyes open – Avoid any awkward angles or faces by keeping your heads up and eyes open. 5️⃣ Enjoy it! – It's a strange thing to have people throwing stuff at you so try and enjoy it, smile and have fun! "Oh, Bradley..." Another little moment from Jenna and Bradley's wedding last Saturday. Jenna had made sure she had some champagne on hand to do a champagne spray shot. It's always important to place that thumb at a strategic angle... Let's just say I am not sure the bridesmaids were expecting that! I think my fave moment of all of this, though, is their photographer Meg's tone of disappointment as she says, "Oh Bradley!"
