Battle of Britain Memorial Hall (Badersfield) The Battle of Britain hall was once the church on the historic RAF Coltishall site and was built in 1940. We also offer other amenities for hire:
1.

It is now a great hall available to hire for groups, parties and functions. Spacious main hall for hire including fully furnished kitchen, garden complete with patio/BBQ area, male and female toilets. Suitable for a wide range of events including groups, functions and parties. Games room complete with pool table and arcade machines.
2. Adult and child sumo suits to hire with the hall or separately for private events.
3. 2000w Power amp with speakers and lights.

As promised we have had a fair bit of interest so will be running a social bowls trial evening of Short Mat Bowls on Monday 9th December starting at 7pm. The first evening will be free of charge, if there is enough interest we will make it a regular event. We will have some experienced players attending to advise new players, so do not worry if you have never played before I haven't. Any questions please message, we have plenty enough bowls. Free tea and Coffee.

The Thursday Pastel Class is coming to Badersfield! Join us at The Battle of Britain Memorial Hall to learn soft pastel techniques whilst creating your own soft pastel artworks. Thursdays 10.00 -12.30. You don’t have to be ‘arty’, just to enjoy learning new skills. The class is mixed level and, if you are a beginner, you’ll get all the help and encouragement that you need. We were very proud to host Sqn Ldr John Peters this evening in the hall and hear him recount his amazing story from the Iraq war. Fascinating event organised by the RAF Coltishall Heritage Centre.

Be sure to visit the heritage center currently located in the former guard room to learn all about RAF Coltishalls history.
