Our Story
We understand how hard it is to organise everything for your special day. One thing you know you are going to receive are cards, so we have a variety of post boxes for hire. It doesn't even have to be a wedding, we can also supply for parties or christening's etc. Prices start from only £25! A post box for your event is a fun, stylish and secure way for your guests to give you cards, gifts of cash or vouchers. Please have a browse through our site; www.weddingpostboxhire.com to find something which catches your eye, then just click on the contact link and we'll sort it out for you. We can arrange delivery or you can collect - the choice is yours. The hardest decision you will have now is which one to choose, will it be….. The very grand cream floor standing post box or A beautiful white wishing well with optional rose garland in pink or cream or The very funky retro style VW campervan post box?! But let’s not forget the red ER post box which is incredibly stylish and this comes in 12 different colours. Whichever one you choose, we provide a very professional service and are confident you will be pleased with your choice. Collection/delivery -We are happy to deliver to your wedding venue on the morning of the wedding, subject to it being within 30 miles of Norwich, then collect it the day after. This service will incur a small charge. Alternatively you may collect the post box from our Norwich base, a couple of days before the wedding and return it within 3 days. We do also offer delivery UK wide for only £10 each way for delivery of the post box and collection of it with a courier.
Reservations - Once you have decided which post box you like the best, please click on the 'Contact Us' page and fill in your details, or email us at [email protected] or [email protected] if you prefer. We will then confirm if that post box or accessory is available for your date... If it is we will send you an invoice for the hire charge, once payment has been received either by BACS Transfer or via Paypal, your date is then confirmed.
Security deposit - A security deposit of £50 is required with the final balance payment and this is returned on safe return of the post box. We hope that this helps, but if there is anything you are still unsure of or would just like to enquire, please don't hesitate to contact us.
