Orange Blossom Whisky Sour 🍸

One of my favourite cocktails we’ve come out with yet! Super unique on its flavours with its floral notes with a lovely balance of sour and sweet.

Simply pour straight over ice, or my personal way to serve, shake with ice and strain out.

We were left with only 2 x 200ml bottles of our award winning Espresso Martini yesterday, selling out of the rest! Amazing day as always at can’t wait to be back there in October with our new seasonal cocktails.

We’re nearly at the time where we swap round our cocktails to fit the season! From October we’ll be saying bye to our Limoncello Margarita, Orange Blossom Whisky Sour, Summer Negroni, Hot Honey Margarita and Rhubarb Gimlet so grab them while you can!!

Limoncello Margarita 🍸

We have sold SO many of these over the (non) summer, a slightly sweeter version of a classic Margarita, made with our own Limoncello. Simply pour straight over ice or serve straight up. It’s all ready to go for you.

We won a award for our Espresso Martini and couldn’t be happier 😍😍 It was a goal of mine at the start of the year to become an award winning brand and we’ve done it!

Here’s what the judges had to say -

‘ This is as good an RTD espresso Martini as the judges have tried. It is, to them, a bar quality drink. The head is stable and prominent, the coffee is excellent in quality and the alcohol is there in abundance. ‘

Our most popular cocktail by far 😍 a delicious mix of sweet and sour, our Amaretto Sour is just too damn easy to drink.

Simply shake and pour straight over ice, or our preferred way to serve, shake with ice and strain it out. Even add in a little bit of Aquafaba or egg white to give it that nice creamy consistency if you’re feeling extra fancy.

What gives more summer vibes than a Gin cocktail 😍 You guys have been loving our Gin Gimlet so much that we can’t keep on top of making it quick enough 🫣

Strong on the Gin, with a fresh tang on rhubarb and a subtle sweetness. Pour over ice for an easy sipping cocktail or shake with ice and strain it out to keep those flavours there throughout.
