As you know Attenborough Village Hall is managed by a committee of Trustees. The week of March 17th-23rd Village Halls throughout the UK will celebrating their value to our communities & showcasing their work. Attenborough Village Hall are hoping to be part of this by hosting an open afternoon where you can pop a long and look at volunteer opportunities or just see how the hall helps contribute to our community here in Attenborough.

Hi all, I hope your 2025 is off to a flying start!

Here at Attenborough Village Hall, Attenborough Village we've been busy looking at how the hall has benefitted from the fundraising of the last year and would love to let our followers know!

In our AGM in December we outlined our achievements! This last year we have been very busy updating our building. We have had new toilets fitted, new blinds fitted throughout the hall, our chairs reupholstered, new doors and new locking system plus a new sound system!

The bookings for the hall have also increased and I'm sure you'll agree its a brilliant space to hold an event with our huge main hall and stage, set within amazing grounds, which is all part of the hire.

We are also very pleased to finally display the embroidery mural in the main hall of Attenborough Village, started by Paula Hammond and completed by Angela Clark in Paula's honour, I think you'll agree it looks amazing and we are very grateful for this beautiful piece of work , a wonderful addition to the hall.

We would also like to thank all of our hardworking Volunteers/ Trustees, without them, the hall would not exist.

As we are a charity run hall, we welcome anyone with an interest in contributing to helping to keep this valuable community asset a safe space for everyone.

Summer Fest at The Hall tomorrow

SUMMERFEST IMPORANT UPDATE CHANGE OF VENUE:

Due to unpredictable weather we will now be holding our Summer Fest at the Attenborough Village Hall. This will allow us to have more indoor space, as well as enjoying the large and more sheltered outdoor space for our usual fun activities.

We're really looking forward to it and can't wait to see you there!
