Whilst the tipi isn’t up it can be hard to show the venue 😢
But we know that people still like to come and visit the site and get a feel for it and also chat with us!

If you’ve got a great imagination and want to get something booked in our closed season this can be a great option!

The tipis aren’t up so what are we doing?

•This time of year we have lots of enquiries coming in so we’re talking with lots of new couples
•We have planning meetings with lots of our exisiting couples
•We are visiting a trade show this week to look at ways of improving Sherwood Glade
•We have lots of plans in place for things we will be doing next year - showcase planning has started, new brochure in process, new ceremony area and more…

For those that haven’t been over to the site in the last year I thought I had best introduce us!

💚We are husband and wife duo Mark & Joanne and we bought Sherwood Glade earlier on this year.

💚We got married ourselves in September 2022 and we live, sleep and breathe the wedding industry

💚Joanne has worked in the wedding and events industry since leaving school and has owned her own businesses since 2017.

💚Joanne is the queen of organisation and will be the person you mainly go through all of the booking and planning details with then she will be there to coordinate everything on the day of the wedding

💚Joanne loves Disney, reality TV and wine

💚Mark has also owned his own businesses since leaving school from security, bars, pubs, clubs, garden centres and car garages.

💚Mark looks after the finer details like making sure the grounds are maintained so that everything looks perfect on your wedding day (he’s often seen on the ride on mower) whilst also doing most of the heavy lifting.

💚Mark loves cruising, cars and only fools and horses

💚We own several wedding businesses so you can be rest assured we know what we’re doing when it comes to hosting your wedding day and you are in safe hands if you choose to book with us
