🎉 What a day for 360 Smiles! 🚀 We’ve just wrapped up an amazing day for Whitegate Primary school prom and we are now just about to rock the dance floor and capture memories at a beautiful wedding with our DJ and Photobooth services! 💃📸 No rest for the wicked! 😉

🎉 A Heartfelt Thank You and a Gentle Reminder from 360 Smiles 🎉

We’d like to both shed light on and clear up an issue.
So Today, 360 Smiles had the pleasure of providing DJ and Photobooth services, along with a doughnut stand, for a wonderful school prom. Our original cost breakdown was as follows:

- DJ: £50 per hour, rounded up to the nearest hour (3 hours = £150)
- 360 Photobooth: £70 per hour (3 hours = £210)
- Doughnut stand with 40 doughnuts: £40 (we added £10 for an extra 20doughnuts which were required by the client.

This totals £410.

However, understanding the nature of parent-funded proms, we discount our services generously to all parents funded proms, providing all the above for just £200.

Today, we encountered an unexpected situation with our usual bakery, leading to a prom mum stepping in to provide 60 doughnuts from a local supermarket, for which she spent £15. We will be reimbursing her this amount in full.

At the end of the event, we were approached by a prom organizer questioning why they weren't receiving a refund for the doughnuts. We clarified that no refund is necessary as we are reimbursing the prom mum, ensuring everything remains equal. The event organizer’s comment, “What so you charged us £35 for a piece of cardboard?” has really offended us.
We buy this “piece of cardboard” for £20 if we’re lucky to get it during a sale. The £15 on top is for our time purchasing and assembling it…like any company charges for their time.

To clarify, we didn't actually charge anything extra—in fact, we provided a £200 discount. We did this out of the kindness of our hearts to support the community and make the day special for the kids.

We kindly ask for understanding and respect for our business. We are committed to delivering exceptional services at reasonable prices. Let's continue to celebrate the amazing experiences we create together.

Hey, 360 Smiles fam! We have some news—our 360 Photobooth had a wild night and ended up needing a little vacation. 😅🌴 It's out of action for the foreseeable future but rest assured we shall have it back up and running ready for your lots silly antics and poses ASAP🚫🌀

We’re still only running on two staff and as much as “WE’RE TAKING OVER THE WORLD” like pinky and the brain, accidents can happen😢

But don't worry, everything else is ready to rock! 🎉 We've got:
