We believe the real Living Wage is a fair metric of this, and we're proud to be a real Living Wage employer.

That's why we're pleased to share that, as of January 2026, we will be paying our team the new real Living Wage 💪

For us, this is integral to our mission to create sustainable change, not just in the workplace, but in every area of our team members' lives ☺️
