Hello *big wave* Nat here - the owner, designer, baker & creator of Ruby Lou's Cake Co

RLC was born in 2011 in my kitchen after making my sons 1st birthday cake {a real labour of love!} After finding my feet in the wonderful wedding world and establishing myself as an award winning cake designer in the East Midlands, I outgrew my humble kitchen and set up shop in my studio in Nottingham. There's

nothing I love more than to translate current and up and coming wedding trends into all things 'cakey.'

Everything I design and create is authentic, original and has a flawless, clean finish. I don’t do price lists, replicas or catalogues, as I truly believe that chatting with a client during a consultation is the best way to understand and interpret your ideas.

Cake was chocolate fudge + vanilla, raspberry with prosecco. Mini cups were Red velvet Oreo (tiny jammie d for the ❤️) long with Pistachio Rosewater Macarons.
