HOW MANY TIERS DO I NEED THOUGH?//
I mean, it depends on what aesthetic you'd like. I price per portion. Soooooooo you could have 5 tiers that feed 130 portions. Or 1 tier that feeds 90. I make sure the proportions work. It shouldn't look "too big" or "too small."
