A successful exhibition stand isn't measured by how many people walk past it.

It's measured by how many people stop, engage and remember your brand afterwards.

Every exhibition is different, which is why we don't believe in forcing projects into standard systems or repeating the same solution every time.

We work with clients to create exhibition spaces that reflect their objectives, whether that's showcasing multiple brands, creating interactive experiences or providing premium meeting spaces for important conversations.

Our recent work with Carlsberg Britvic at the National Convenience Show brought seven brands together within one 361sqm stand, designed, built and supported by our team from start to finish.

We're excited to announce that On Event Production Co. has been shortlisted for Best Event Support Services Provider at the C&IT Awards 2026.

The nomination recognises our Samsung Integrated Roadshow & Engagement Programme, delivered in partnership with Blue Square, supporting product launches across the UK through technical production, scenic fabrication, logistics and nationwide event delivery.

It's a real credit to everyone involved—from our workshop and warehouse teams through to our technicians, project managers and crew on the road.

Every great event starts long before the audience arrives.

Before the first guest takes their seat, there's planning, preparation and hundreds of small decisions happening behind the scenes.

Understanding the message.

This weekend saw the final chapter of Nottingham Splendour Festival after 18 amazing years at Wollaton Hall and Deer Park.

We're incredibly grateful to have been part of every single one.

Since the first festival in 2008, we've provided the Main Stage lighting, working alongside an incredible production team to help create unforgettable moments for artists and audiences alike.

From Kate Nash and Paolo Nutini in the early days, through to this weekend's finale with Snow Patrol, The Wombats, Primal Scream and Craig David Presents TS5, we've been lucky enough to witness the festival grow into one of Nottingham's biggest live music events.

There have been so many memorable performances over the years from artists including Pet Shop Boys, Dizzee Rascal, Calvin Harris, Blondie, Madness, Noel Gallagher, Richard Ashcroft, Anne-Marie, Kaiser Chiefs, Travis, Jake Bugg and many more.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who made Splendour what it was. The organisers, crew, suppliers, artists and festivalgoers.

It's been a privilege to be there from the first show to the last.
