Let’s take a moment to revisit how our team brought the JAECOO 7 launch to life at the stunning Fairmont Windsor Park.

The aim was to create a high-impact, immersive experience that reflected the brand’s premium positioning. The event needed to blend cutting-edge audiovisual technology with striking scenic elements to deliver an unforgettable reveal of the new vehicle. Our task was to design and execute an AV production that elevated the guest journey from arrival to reveal, ensuring every detail left a lasting impression.

The UK launch of the Jaecoo 7 at Fairmont Windsor Park showcased immersive AV production at its finest – and we brought it to life!

From arrival to reveal, every detail was designed for impact:

- An illuminated Jaecoo sign and 13 stunning vehicles, dramatically showcased with beam searchlights.

-A branded entrance experience featuring custom-fabricated archways with battery LED tubes, a dynamic DJ booth, and a photo backdrop, all enhanced by atmospheric uplighting.

- In the main event space, four raised platforms with LED strips spotlighted the cars, while an 18m x 3m LED wall seamlessly linked to additional screens.

- Custom media servers, immersive sound design, and over 60 moving lighting fixtures.

👉 Our team pulled out all the stops to make this event unforgettable.

Never too late for a get-together right? 👀

Last week, we swapped the tools and tech for tapas at Lorentes in Darley Abbey, Derby – our belated Christmas meal with the team and partners.

It was the perfect way to reflect on what’s been an incredible 2024. A huge thank you to every single member of the team for their hard work and creativity over the past year. You’ve all smashed it.

An exciting start to the year, being involved in the Stellantis National Business Meeting 2025, where more than 1000 retailer and employee delegates gathered at Manchester Central.

The event featured 10 car expo stands, each uniquely designed to showcase the individual brands. With LED walls displaying content, custom-fabricated elements bringing the brands to life, printed materials, artistic lighting, and a flown PA system for area sound, every detail was carefully designed to impress.

A huge thank you to the incredible team and partners. Already a major highlight of 2025.

Last month, the stage was set at The Bridgewater Hall, Manchester for the grand finale of the
WorldSkills UK National Finals 2024 — a celebration of excellence in technical skills. With over 400 talented students and apprentices competing in nearly 50 skill areas, this event spotlighted the future of industry talent in the UK.

Partnering with Grant at Mode13, we played a key role in the production of the awards ceremony, delivering:

▪️ Live streaming embedded directly on the WorldSkills website
▪️ Additional stage lighting to elevate the atmosphere
▪️ LED video totems on stage with tailored award content

▪️ A top-tier onsite production team ensuring smooth delivery from start to finish

Bridgewater Hall’s world-class acoustics and striking setting provided the perfect venue for this celebration of technical excellence, and we were proud to support such an inspiring event. Last month, the Modern Law Conveyancing Awards celebrated excellence in the conveyancing industry at the Rum Warehouse, Stanley Dock, Liverpool. Working with Charlton Grant, we provided full production support for the event.

Our production included a large Litedeck stage, a bespoke stage backdrop built with crates and Astera AX5 lights, and stage and room lighting effects. We managed video projection and control, supported live band performances with full rider support, and provided a step & repeat media board for photo opportunities.

Another complete production delivered with precision and a great night enjoyed by all. Congratulations to all the award winners!

The stage is set, and the lights are on for the MK Christmas Parties 2024 at the Marshall Arena . This year’s 'Festive & Fabulous' theme delivers a show-stopping experience, complete with aerial 'cirque' acrobatics, dance performances, dodgems and DJ into the night!

Our team has been hard at work on a 4-day build, transforming the space with sound, lighting, and video production to bring every moment to life. Throughout December, we’ll be onsite providing ongoing support, with PA for live performances and production for the themed bars and reception areas.

It’s shaping up to be a December to remember — an immersive experience where every sound, light, and visual is perfectly in sync.

Last week, we supported our colleagues at Strata on their final Making Moments Matter insights event of the year.

This event was hosted at the iconic Oxo Tower Restaurant which certainly delivered on the views on this sunny November morning!

We worked with the OXO Tower team to seamlessly navigate their stringent access restrictions, delivering a flawlessly executed logistics plan. Our meticulous pre-configuration of systems and advanced equipment preparation ensured a rapid turnaround of the morning event space, perfectly timed for the transition to their lunch service. A balance of precision and efficiency!

We provided:
- Onsite production management
- PA system tailored to the space with digital encrypted wireless microphones
- Large format presentation screens
- Presenter support to include a comfort montor with slide notes & timer, and wireless clicker
- Branded reusable Backdrop

With over 1,400 nominations, the event recognised the remarkable individuals who go above and beyond to help children, young people, and colleagues achieve, and exceed, their potential.

This year's space-themed celebration saw us collaborate with Make Events to transform the venue into a truly intergalactic experience. 🚀 From full technical production to a custom stage backdrop, we set the stage for an unforgettable evening of recognition, entertainment, and inspiration. 🌌
