🏆 We won! Best Event Support Services Provider at the C&IT Awards 2026!

What a brilliant moment for everyone at On Event Production Co.

This award recognises our work alongside Blue Square, Samsung's brand engagement agency, delivering a nationwide programme of roadshows and brand experiences supporting Samsung product launches across the UK.

Over the past 12 months, we've delivered 10 roadshows supporting 18 product launches, reaching audiences in call centres, universities and corporate environments.

But behind those numbers is a huge amount of hard work.

Anyone who works in live events knows that plans change. Sometimes at the last minute. Sometimes when everything is already packed, loaded or on its way to site!

This programme has certainly tested our team's agility, with changing briefs, tight turnarounds, different venues and plenty of challenges to solve along the way.

And that's what makes this award particularly special.

It's recognition of the people behind the scenes. Our project managers, designers, scenic workshop, warehouse teams, technicians, drivers and onsite crew. The people who find solutions, adapt to change, look after the details and keep everything moving.

To everyone at On who has been part of this programme, thank you. Your hard work, commitment and willingness to go that extra mile have made this possible.

We're heading back to The Peninsula London tonight! 🥂

Just last month, we were here working with our longstanding client, Primary, to deliver the BREEAM Awards 2026.

Our team looked after the full technical production and scenic build, including lighting, sound, LED video wall and a bespoke scenic set.

Working with clients who know and trust our team makes all the difference. It's about bringing everything together and giving organisers the confidence to focus on their event.

Tonight, we're swapping the production kit for a few drinks at the C&IT Awards!

Even better, both teams are shortlisted. On for Best Event Support Services Provider and Primary for UK Agency of the Year.

A big night for the events industry this Friday! 🏆

We're supporting the C&IT Awards 2026 at The Peninsula London as sponsors of the Conference of the Year (1,000 or less) category.

A busy couple of days at the NEC Birmingham for Fleet & Mobility Live 2026!

We supported our colleagues at Strata with the scenic build and technical production for the Stellantis exhibition stand, bringing together multiple automotive brands in one space.

With a suspended LED video cube, overhead branding, integrated lighting and a custom coffee bar, the stand was designed to attract attention and give visitors a welcoming place to explore the vehicles and meet the team.

Great to see it all come together on the show floor.

There’s a lot more to a giant toy box than the box.

Before a full size JCB Backhoe Loader could sit inside the finished installation, there was a serious amount of work to do behind the scenes.

Engineering the structure. Precision installation. Lifting and positioning. Safety at every stage. Then bringing the scenic finish together around it.

All while working outside and dealing with whatever the British weather had planned.
Most people will only ever see the finished result.

And that’s exactly the point.
