Introducing Our New Herb Garden! 🌿

We’ve recently relocated our herbs to a more spacious part of the garden, where they can truly flourish! From pineapple mint and lemon curd thyme to purple sage and more, these fresh herbs are used in our drinks and dishes, bringing a touch of the garden into everything we serve. By growing our own, we cut down on the need for store-bought options with their unnecessary packaging and transportation footprints.

Our commitment to sustainability extends to our organic gardening practices. Instead of synthetic chemicals, we use organic fertilisers and natural pest control methods, aligning with our goal of minimising our ecological impact. We’re excited to share the results with our guests and hope our herb garden inspires others to embrace sustainable practices!
