Payment Policy Update for All Orders

As a small, family-run business, we take great pride in providing the best products and services for our customers. Unfortunately, recent experiences have highlighted the need for a change in our payment process.

Effective immediately, we kindly ask that all orders are paid for in full at the time of purchase. This adjustment is necessary due to instances where we have been left with unpaid orders. Preparing and sourcing flowers comes with significant costs, including the time and effort involved, and unpaid orders have a considerable impact on our small business.

We understand that this change might be inconvenient for some, but it ensures that we can continue to provide the same level of service and quality that our customers expect and deserve. Your support means the world to us, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter.
