BULWELL, LET’S STAGE THE CITY

We’re creating a new performance inspired by the stories, memories and heritage of Bulwell, and we’d love YOU to be part of it!

Join us on Monday 24 November from 6pm at the Bulwell Academy Community Hub, where you can grab a warm drink, share stories, and see how they can develop into a new outdoor performance for Nottingham Light Night 💥

These sessions will run every Monday for 8 weeks and over the first few sessions, we’ll explore Bulwell’s past and present together: from Bulwell Hall and the ancient woods to mining roots, local inns, Bulwell bricks, pots, and personal memories 🏛️🌲⛏️🏺 Every story, big or small, will help shape what we create!

No theatre experience needed - you’ll be working with the amazing Laura Ryder, who will guide the group step by step.

Hey Bulwell - come and help create a brand-new outdoor theatre show! 🎭

Join us every Monday evening, 6–8pm, for 10 weeks starting 10 November at The Bulwell Academy Community Hub, and help create a brand-new piece of outdoor theatre inspired by the stories and people of Bulwell.

You’ll:
- Develop your performance and storytelling skills
- Learn how a theatre show is made
- Work creatively with others
- Be guided by an experienced industry professional

THAT’S A WRAP!

After nearly 1,000 miles on the road, 10 incredible venues, and countless laughs, cheers, and a bit of glorious mayhem, OUTLAWED has officially completed its first national tour!

From Lancaster to Newcastle, our dangerously talented gang of Merry Fools brought the Cabaret Comedy Spectacular to audiences up and down the country 🏹

This October half-term, we’re exploring the world of Three Sisters by Chekhov - join us to tear it apart, explore it and put it back together in a new and reimagined way!

You'll spend five days creating, experimenting, and performing with Cat Giles, Associate Director at Nonsuch Studios. It’s your chance to help shape the start of a brand new Nonsuch production!

When: Monday 27 – Friday 31 October 2025
Time: 10am – 3pm
Ages: 14–24 (Year 10+)
Cost: £120 for the week (bursaries and travel support available)
Sharing: Friday 31 October - open invite for family and friends
