Sadly I have to announce that I have decided to close The Wedding Alchemist. Unfortunately my body just can’t handle the physical nature of setting up weddings anymore, and you only get one body so it’s important I look after it. I’ll be in touch with any couples who are booked in either me so please do not worry if that’s you.

I just want to take the opportunity to thank all the couples that have trusted me with their weddings and all the creative suppliers and venues I’ve had the privilege to work with over the last 8 years.
I’ll not be manning the social media pages anymore, but please do me a favour and pop over to my other business and give it a like Beautifully Rude

So it’s official. After a long and arduous battle with the council I can announce that The wedding Alchemist will be moving! It’s not the space I originally wanted but I’ll take anything bigger than the current HQ right now. It’s a bit sad right now but i will of course work some magic on the place. Who wants to see the progress?

Well, what a year 2022 has been! A full year of weddings, here are some of my favourites. Thank you to everyone that trusted me to style their day and here’s to a bigger and even better 2023. I can announce I am finally moving to a bigger studio next year where I can take in person appointments! Watch this space!

No, you’re crying… 😭 This wedding was great to work on, but a lot of hard work. From hand dying napkins as the supplier sent the wrong colour, to having to move the car every 4 hours during the wedding day because, London. This feedback makes it all worth it though, I put my heart and soul into every wedding I work on to make it as amazing as possible for the couple on the day.

So, a warm one again this weekend. A tipi ceiling got a whole load of colour. I’m sure it looked amazing once all the decor was in! Worked with the wonderful on this festival wonderland, I would call her the Queen of Tipi’s!

Phew! Two weddings this weekend. Here is the first one. A beautiful intimate jewel toned day for Su and Eshan, in a lovely restaurant setting. Apologies for the crappy lighting, this was an evening set up and im a rubbish photographer.

A bit of a gothic one today. Working with a lot of existing stuff in the venue (white ceiling drapes are well and truly obscured) a lot of work and a lot of driving but I think it turned out great, the weather even held out for the outdoor ceremony. Hope you had a great day Athena! 🖤🖤🖤🖤
