Thank you for all your cuddles, kind words, well wishes and pieces of advice. I’ve crossed paths with so many incredible humans because of FF and I genuinely couldn’t be more grateful. I’ve brushed away more tears of gratitude, fulfilment, love and happiness in the past 24 hours than I have in months, or years, going through your affirming, loving, kind and personal comments and messages 🥲

The word inspiration has been knocking around a bit and whilst I’m flattered, I couldn’t believe it if I tried. I’m just a rebel at heart 💚

But !!! I’m so glad you lot found Food Frenzy and Food Frenzy found you wonderful lot.

If I didn’t have a flight booked I’d be changing my mind!

I’ve had a sudden influx of followers, albeit for a giveaway ~ but I thought I’d show my face in the hope you’re here to stay! 🥰

Nice to virtually meet you 👋🏼 I’m Nicole and I am the woman behind Food Frenzy.

I’m 28, a Capricorn, a bit of an extrovert but also introverted in some ways. I love yoga, wearing bright colours, holidaying and having a boogie with my friends 🕺🏼

I’m a cheese fiend and you’ll normally catch me raving about how beautiful fruit is ~ especially blood oranges.

So god damn passionate about them 🍊

I started this little business just shy of three years ago when I found myself a little lost and in need of a challenge after studying an undergrad and masters.

I never anticipated what Food Frenzy would become ~ and I try to reflect as often as I can, as never in my wildest dreams did I see myself catering such special events 🤍

You’ll usually catch me in crocs, with a hair net on and I’ll probably chat your ears off every delivery but the doorstep chats mean so much to me when I’ve been on my own in a kitchen all day!

I’m beyond grateful for what Food Frenzy has become, the lessons I’ve learnt, the friends I have made and the people I meet every day ~ the business really has been what has kept me going through some of the hardest periods of my life so far and it means so much to me.

And I now welcome you to this little cheese and prosciutto filled world 🧡🧀🍒🌈🍊🍰
