So after spending about 14 hours yesterday, backing up 64GB of music to 5 different USBs, the MacBook has decided to go kaput.

I'm genuinely glad I scheduled the rest of January's post, so I will have time to get a replacement laptop.

But, oh my God, right?

I mean just f**k off like...

All this technology for what? 🥴

I know s**t always happens in 3s, so we'll see what's about to happen next. (Okay, okay, okay 🇨🇦)

- Honestly, my favourite series of mixes to date is Les Vibez, the 6th of December 2019 was the 1st installment of this series. I initially created this series, because I have a large archive of tunes that I just do not get to play in a regular gig, some of the songs are too slow/chill for a nightclub/party setting, but they are perfect for cruising, walking, chilling & relaxing...I'm 247% certain y'all will feel LES VIBEZ from this one!

You may have noticed the outfit changes in the video, well that's because I'm Batman, but only part time. Many thanks for accompanying myself on multiple trips to @unit13venue it would not have been possible for me to get a lot of this footage without you - @caligreen_music 💚 ------- Unit 13 is always an interesting venue, I've played there around 3 times now & I can never work out the vibe of the room. It's strange man, like I be playing the bangers, but no one's dancing? Is it me? Am I sh*t? Did they work out that I was using the sync button? Could they tell it was a Youtube rip? Did they know it was not an AIFF file? Am I not The One? My birthday says otherwise...1/11 I just do my best, when & where I can. I do sometimes think it may be a cultural thing, perhaps the people just don't have much rhythm in their body, so they just don't bother moving, who knows? I'm not going to pretend as though it does not bother me, it's quite annoying actually, seeing people rather be on their phones, instead of enjoying the music that I spent hours (days) analysing through Serato & Rekordbox, yup... Where are the true Rave Lords at? When I was 17, with 2 left socks & a wonky eyebrow, I could not wait to hit the clubs & show them what time it wasn't. Now it's as if everyone is afraid to shake a leg & have fun. Chateau Saint Lizier was the settings for the most recent wedding gig, that I've done overseas. The bride reached out to me via Soundcloud, of all my places, because up until 2022, 98.7% of my mixes were on Mixcloud, so to be found through Soundcloud was a surprise. I was excited to go, but most importantly, I was honoured to go. This is a special day in a lot of people's lives & I was able to be apart of that, I'll do my best to keep those memories alive through my content. ✊ The flight was easy, I arrived at the airport the night before & was Taken to my AirBnb.
