Groom Prep ⚡️ A Few Tinnies With The Boys 🍻

I sometimes think the wedding morning is more nerve racking for the lads 😅. It may not be quite as glam as the ladies morning, it’s often fuelled with last night’s pizza and a few beers but let’s not forget they have a lot more time greeting guests, making sure the venue is prepped, carrying the rings and patiently awaiting the brides arrival!

So lads a little Dutch courage never hurt anyone but remember you have the whole day ahead of you and nobody wants a midday hangover right before the speech 😬 so crack open a few tinnies and enjoy your wedding morning!

Bridal Mornings ⚡️ Set The Mood For The Day

While some brides focus on the pre-wedding nerves and how to get over them before the ceremony, brides like our lovely set the tone for the day by creating an atmosphere of excitement and anticipation!

Creating a banger of a wedding morning playlist, having a few bucks fizz and dancing and singing your way through one of the most exciting morning’s of your life is a sure fire way to get the full squad ready for the most epic day of celebration and honestly throwing out these vibes really carries the whole atmosphere and sets you up for the day.

So don’t be shy! Do you in the morning and get prepped in a way that fills you with absolute joy, your about the marry the love of your life 😍❤️

Be Obsessed With Your Dress! ⚡️

Our stunning bride Jennifer looked absolutely flawless on her big day and every single photograph was of her just beaming with smiles and looking radiant. I can’t help but feel like choosing the perfect dress that makes you feel just wow has a lot to do with how you feel on the day.

When we got married I had two outfits (I know how extra 😂) one for the ceremony which was a white sleeveless dress and a black tux for our meal. While the dress I chose was beautiful and I loved wearing it, the tux instantly made me feel more comfortable, a little bit cooler and just honestly more me and I kinda wish I had just done the whole day in the tux.

The moral of the story here is wear something on your big day that makes you feel fabulous but also comfortable! You don’t have to stick with tradition or you can go super traditional and make it work for you but your outfit choice is important, make sure you can walk around in it easily (this is a biggie with shoes! Make sure you’ve broken them in a little to avoid an early flip flop change!), make sure you can sit down and stand up (sitting for the meal guys! Don’t feel too restricted or you won’t enjoy that lovely wedding breakfast), if you’ve opted for a train practice bustling that mother up! (For your couple photos if it’s a little wet … let’s face it it’s the UK so a big possibility! Also the dance floor… big shapes aren’t easy in a big trailing dress!) And if you’re wearing a veil be wary of hugs 😅.

Hannah & James ⚡️ Sneak Peeks

It’s far too difficult to pick just ten shots from Hannah & James epic day! These two had THE most gorgeous wedding at one of our fave venues a few weeks back and it was such a vibe from start to finish!

These two had their little one all suited up (who can resist a baby in a tux? 🥹❤️) our good friends bringing it big and I mean BIG with everyone on their feet! And a dance floor so packed from the word go it was crazy!

Thank you both for sharing your special day with us, we had the best time with you both and wish you both all the best in married life together 🥰

Taryn & Paul ⚡️ Sneak Peeks

To say I loved the vibe of this wedding is an understatement! Taryn & Paul’s big day was the most cozy and wholesome wedding and we were thrilled to be a part of it at the stunning 🥰.

From the subtle Harry Potter Theme, to the doggo’s being included and let’s not forget the epic cheese board! The day was so relaxed and uniquely them and from the moment I met these two on their pre-wedding shoot I just knew they were meant for each other.

Best of 2024 ⚡️ My Fave Expressions | Girls Edition

It’s super important to me that I don’t just images of the day that tell a story and make you look good in that pretty and hella spenny dress but the raw emotion and priceless expressions that happen throughout the day that make you … you. If that’s a giggle in the ceremony, the face you pull when the veil goes on and your bridal look is complete or the “holy s**t we’re actually married!” I’m here for it 1000%. My favourite shots are the ones that you look at and understand exactly how that person felt in that moment and these are some of my faves this year from our girlies 🥰❤️ you are all bloody gorgeous and I love you!

Best of 2024 ⚡️ Dance Floor Hero’s 💃🕺

There’s been some epic shapes thrown on the dance floor this year! The party vibe has been so strong with lots of brides and grooms giving it big straight after the first dance to get the dance floor absolutely banging and I’ve been so here for it! Trends from last year include glow sticks and country music …. A combo no one could have predicted 😂

Why I don’t do next day wedding sneak peaks ⚡️ So a lot of couples drop me a DM the day after the wedding to say how much they enjoyed the day and how excited they are to see the photos, which honestly is f**king adorable and I’m right there with you guys! I am SO excited for you to see the pics 😍. I am then usually asked for “just one photo” to post on social media and here’s the thing my loves … it’s not as easy and just sending over one pic from the day and here’s why … After the wedding I usually triple back up your photos. I work on each wedding in order of the date it happened and during wedding season I start to compile a little back log of weddings due to working at weddings most weekends, I’m working on each set of photos most days to get them to you as quickly as possible and I very rarely have days off especially in wedding season as I honestly am as excited as you to get the album together. I don’t send over unedited photos as to me this looks slap dash and like I can’t be bothered to the outside world, I get that you probably are just really excited to see them but TRUST the edit will make them worth the wait! I hand pick every photo from usually around 4000 that I took on the day and carefully edit each one in my signature style to make sure it sparkles, I don’t just slap a filter on every shot or use AI software to edit or cull my images, I really believe in the process and hopefully that shows in the final gallery. Once every photo has been double and triple checked I upload your personalised gallery and send it over, at this time would usually pop a few sneak peaks on the gram for you. I really, really, REALLY care about not only capturing the day perfectly but also delivering your memories in a way that is beautiful and exciting, these are your memories from one of the biggest days of your life and I feel like they should have time, effort, craft and skill put into them. They aren’t just social media
