Our Website is down due to the Global IT Outage.

IT security firm Crowdstrike admits 'defect' behind outages but says 'fix' has been found
IT security firm Crowdstrike says it has identified the issue, isolated it and deployed a fix.

Many of those affected by IT outages this morning have blamed Crowdstrike for issuing an update, which may have caused the global issues.

Crowdstrike's CEO, George Kurtz, issued this statement.

"Crowdstrike is actively working with customers impacted by a defect found in a single content update for Windows hosts.

"Mac and Linux hosts are not impacted.

"This is not a security incident or cyberattack.

"The issue has been identified, isolated and a fix has been deployed."

Crowdstrike is a cybersecurity service designed to stop internet breaches or hacks for the world's biggest companies.

A software update issued by the firm hours ago is believed to be behind the worldwide outages.

Some of you guys that the pressure pot cabinets are probaly aware that we are having issues with the hoses. The PSBC990 is a fantastic cabinet but its being let down with the terrible hoses.
We are tyring to sort this issue out.
The factory have just finished another test on a new hose but that failed the tests as well unfortunately.

Testing started from 19:00 on the 20th June right up to last night until 20:00 when the hose failed
The total working time of machine lasted about 170 hours.
The spraying time was about 68 hours.
(The gun does not spray in every second. The gun sprays intermittently. Thus, the spraying time is less than machine working time.)
The Engineer and I know that the wear mainly happens on the bends, such as, where the hose goes into cabinet or the part that goes out of the base of tank. We have had some hoses go on the straight as well

For the hose sample, it will be cut open next week to check the wear of hose inside.

Updated hose from hose factory will also arrive next week to the cabinet factory.
The inner diameter of old hose is 12.5mm. The updated’s is 10.0mm.
Then, we will test how long will the updated hose wear and compare the wear situation with the sample we test this time.
We are trying to get this issue resolved as soon as possible

Eventually got my arse into gear to get the Upgrade kit put together for the Pressure Cabinet PSBC990. As a few of you know, these are great cabinet but recently we have been let down on the poor quality of the hose. Today I have sorted that hopefully.
It comes with a good quality hose with a thick wall and also as a bonus the gun is fitted with a boron Nozzle.
