Wishing the man, the myth, the legend a very happy birthday 🎂 🥳 🎉 🎈 🎁
Thank you to everyone who has asked and messaged to see how he's doing. It's been a long 4 1/2 weeks. He underwent surgery finally on Wednesday last week on his back. It's a long road to recovery but hopefully he will be able to return to work end of January/February time 😊
I've been relaying everyone's well wishes etc to him. He's blown away by the love and support everyone has given and says a massive thank you and can't wait to see you all again soon x

Huge thank you to D&K Bedworth Covered Market Events Bedworth Covered Market for having us at the Bedworth Christmas Lights switch on last night. We had a fantastic night the Nacho's and Taco's went down a storm 😍 as well as the Lamb & Venison Smash Burgers.
Wonderful to see so many people come out and brave the elements to support local businesses and the town 😊

D&K Bedworth Covered Market Events Bedworth Covered Market have worked their backsides off to keep the switch on not being cancelled. Please share 🙏 😊

So yesterday the typical totally unpredictable great british weather put a spanner in the works , in that the forecasted weather for Saturday look set to cancel our event in its entirety , but , after lots of walking , telephone calls and conversations , stress and almost tears, the market element and the actual switching on the lights can go ahead , but no fireworks or fair as it’s just to unsafe to do so In the winds forecast . the wonderful vicar at All saints church agreed to provide a home for our 20 outside stalls , which means they will be safe dry and warm, and between Katie myself and Chris from the council we juggled things about and have fit in area inside the covered market where our wonderful dancers from phase 1 and Julie Bromich can perform . We also fitted in the phase one steel band pr productions promoting Aladdin and of course a sound system so we can have Christmas tunes . We still have carol singers planned for 6.45pm as well. So guys and girls all the hard work over the past 2 months isn’t in vain ok not as grand as we planned but hey there’s always next year to make it bigger and better , THE LIGHT SWITCH ON IS STILL ON ! We are excited to be trading at Bedworth Covered Market for the Bedworth light switch on event on Saturday 23rd November, we have an adapted menu to our usual full menu for the event.
There's so much on offer, lots of stalls, Santa's grotto, carol singers, dancers. Hope you'll come along and support the town, local businesses and have a wonderful day out 😊

Would like to say a huge thank to the wonderful customers who came to chubb's aid when he collapsed yesterday, absolutely blow away by people's kindness and all the calls and messages to see how he is doing. Thank you to Julie from rs husband for driving him to the hospital x
Thank you to everyone for your patience on the busy Friday rush while I was on my own and worrying about him.
The hospital said it's a trapped nerve in his back, that caused his leg to give out and causing the loss of use of his leg, medication and treatment, he's back home, he's been to physio today. He's getting about and it hasn't stopped his usual wit or humor! 😂
We will be open on monday as usual 😀
