It's always great to get positive feedback on our service as well as the speakers session.

Rachel spoke at Biddulph Town Hall during their Garden Festival. It was interesting to hear her insights on how you can create a pollinator-friendly garden and why this is so so important. During the presentation she showcased some exquisite hand painted watercolours illustrations by her daughter, which are featured in the book.

We have some exciting news from speaker Chris Lemons!

His hit Neflix/BBC documentary 'Last Breath, is currently being developed into a Hollywood movie starring Woody Harrelson, Simu Liu and Finn Cole.

Chris is a deep sea saturation diver who was involved in a catastrophic accident which left him stranded 300 feet below the surface of the treacherous North Sea, with no light, heat or breathing gas for 35 minutes.

Mental Health Awareness week is just around the corner, and understanding the impact of racism on mental health is vital. It is imperative that organisations consciously and intentionally create psychologically safe spaces that empower staff and allow everyone to thrive.

Jesse Dufton is a truly inspiring individual who has achieved incredible feats in the world of rock climbing. Jesse's story is particularly remarkable because he has achieved all of his accomplishments despite being blind since the age of four.

Jesse's incredible journey and achievements are chronicled in the documentary "Climbing Blind," which is available on BBC iPlayer. In the film, we get to see Jesse push his limits as a climber, relying solely on his other senses to navigate the rock faces. It's a truly awe-inspiring story, and the documentary does an excellent job of capturing the challenges and triumphs that Jesse experiences along the way.

He's an incredibly positive and determined person, and his story is a testament to the power of resilience and the human spirit. His message is one of hope and determination, and one that we could all benefit from hearing.
