On Friday we had the pleasure of dressing Weston Hall Hotel for Jade and William!
Their aisle was absolutely stunning with our aisle carpet and florals, pink blossom arch, and pink chiffon aisle chairs. Centrepieces were a mixture of lanterns and botanical with pinks. Jade you looked stunning, I’m so glad you had an amazing day 💕

You may remember that we have been given the honour of planning a very urgent wedding for a lovely lady from Nuneaton, Warwickshire who is terminally ill with cancer. Her one special wish is to exchange vows with her wonderful partner in front of their families on FRIDAY 31ST MAY 2024.

Mr and Mrs Line - just wow!!
The dusty blue chiffon drapes looked incredible at the fantastic Oakridge Golf Club on Saturday.
I think the hoops in blues might be my new favourite!
We dressed the top table with our starlight backdrop package and added a gorgeous eucalyptus garland with candles. Centrepieces were a mixture of floral hoops in dusty and sky blues, and ivory blossom trees. The post box, printing on the seating plan, and wooden table numbers were from us too 🥂
Can’t wait to see the professional photos from Tommy James Photography who is fantastic!! Was great working with Luv2Disco
And I missed hearing the amazing Chris Keys Piano on Saturday (seriously he is incredible)!!

This is what we did this weekend! Big shout out to my awesome team who are always incredible. We’ve been busy at Ambleside, @ansty_hall @ashtonlodgecountryhouse Coventry Hilton, and @wleventandconferencecentre

Loving our new floral arrangements in gold urns - they were made to match our tall floral arrangements perfectly ❤️

How pretty does the weeping blossom arch look at the gorgeous @thewarwickshiregolfandcc yesterday for Marie and Richard!! We dressed the chairs too and the mauve silk organza sashes matched the bridesmaids beautifully! We hope you had the most amazing day 💕

This was one of the most stressful wedding days ever - eternally grateful for CCTV! This was a few years ago and we were dressing a lovely local venue when the cake was delivered. It was earlier than we’d agreed so we hadn’t put the starlight skirt on the cake table yet - not a problem but we’ll come back to this. They set it up and left the cutting and allergy information. Around an hour later the venue manager arrived and asked me if I’d seen the cake - I had not!! We’d been so busy working on the other side of the room we didn’t even know it had fallen over. I immediately grabbed the details they left and called them to say the cake had collapsed. Her response honestly shocked me - her exact words were: YOU MEAN YOU’VE KNOCKED IT! I was absolutely furious!!! 😡 I immediately went to the manager and together we watched the CCTV from the moment they left until the moment it fell over, and no- one had so much as walked near it since they left. My biggest relief - we hadn’t put the skirt on the cake table! If we had, they could have actually blamed us for ‘knocking it’. We now ALWAYS dress the cake table before the cake is set up. And yes she did apologise! 🍰

Pink really is one of the classics!Congrats to Mr & Mrs Barnes who married yesterday and celebrated at the lovely Weston Lawns Events & Conference Centre The pink blossom trees looked incredible there, and matched with the pink blossom arch, it was soooo beautiful!!We used half high and half low centrepieces with candles in both to create a romantic effect that flowed. The chairs were dressed with chiffon drapes for the day guests. The starlight backdrop package is always a stunning addition and makes for some really beautiful photos. Our rustic welcome sign and seating plan, worked beautifully with the botanical centrepieces, rustic LOVE, and rustic seating plan. I hope yesterday was absolutely perfect for you both 🥂

CENTREPIECESWhen meeting with couples and planning, the hardest decision to make regarding decor is usually their centrepieces. Unless you have seen something that you absolutely LOVE and have to have, it can feel like a minefield. Tall/low, simple/wow, fresh/silk/ expensive/budgetChoosing centrepieces for me is always such a personal decision as we all have different tastes. We also have to consider what works in your venue too. For a larger room with beautiful high ceilings, the trees are always a favourite!! We have a range of 5 different types at the moment and a new gorgeous floral one hopefully on the way soon 😍 For low and simple elegance, the lanterns work so well! They work with all colour palettes and are such a timeless classic. Want florals - then hoops or tall arrangements are definitely the way to go. Darker setting - light it up with romantic candlelight everywhereI always get a tad excited when we get a theme too as it means I can get really creative. We’ve dressed Disney, Harry Potter, and Star Wars weddings so far!The best thing about working with a stylist is that you get really informed advice about what works for you, in your venue, in your colours, and within your budget, it really does take the stress away💕Don’t be daunted by wedding planning or decision making, that’s what the professionals are for - we’re here to help 🥂
