Honestly? Everyone is entitled to their own choice, after all somethings I buy from Waitrose & & some from Lidl, does it bother me when pals don’t choose me??
Truth be told if friends aren’t brave enough to say a word it stings a fair bit, with social media you see anyway. But if someone is honest enough to say that ‘they didn’t think I’m their vibe or I’m too dear, too cheap, too far away, too big, too small’ I really don’t mind at all. It’s when people just don’t mention it at all, that’s when I struggle.
I’m interested, how do you feel when this happens with your small business?
