Join Susan Ferreira at Dunollie Castle for a for a slow and mindful yoga practice withdrawing the senses, stilling the mind and reconnecting to self through a balancing combination of practices including breathwork, yin yoga, slow flow, guided meditation, philosophy and yoga nidra with Oban's most beautiful backdrop.💙

Beginners to yoga are welcome as well as those more advanced in their practice, the only requirement is that participants be sufficiently physically fit to make their way up the castle hill without difficulty. Please bring your own mat if you have one, we will have a few spares for anyone who doesn't.

⭐️Children's Activities ⭐️
There will be plenty of activities and workshops for all ages during During Wellness Weekend on 18th and 19th February.

Thanks to National Lottery Players, we will be offering all children's activities for free! Simply make sure you have an annual pass or buy a new ticket to our site for the summer and come visit with your family on Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th February.😀

Different arts and crafts activities will be taking place on each day as well as our new self-lead mindfulness trail around our grounds.

We are delighted to welcome Play Prodigy on Saturday 18th for face painting - she will be doing drop-ins, no specific booking necessary.
