Upgrading this set up and putting that sparkle back where it belongs ✨

When balloon have been up for a week or so they start to loose their shine a little. This is called oxidation.

Personally I love the matte look however some of my clients don’t so that’s where HiShine comes in! Bring that shine back baby!
