Did you know that when we don’t have beautiful weddings taking place, we offer afternoon tea on Saturdays and Sundays?

Whether you are looking to plan a baby shower, hen party or simply want a catch up with your family and friends, you can either book a table in our bar via our website (link in bio) or get in touch with the team to discuss your private event.

We have a handful of tables left for this Sunday if you’re looking for a little weekend treat. Our afternoon tea items are made by Great British Bake Off: The professionals winner Michael Coggan, accompanied by some classic sandos, mini quiche and scones.

This time last week we were in the midst of welcoming so many new and familiar faces through our barn doors at our ‘Sip & See’ Summer Wedding Showcase.

The sun was shining, the cocktails were flowing and and were playing all the summer tunes. The vibe here was unreal.

Thank you to all of the wonderful suppliers who came together to make this event the success it was, and thank you to all of our lovely couples for attending. We can’t wait to be a part of so many more beautiful weddings.

Last call to be added to the guest list for our Summer ‘Sip and See’ showcase tomorrow! The weather may be dull today but tomorrow’s event is going to be a much needed taste of Summer!

Our barn doors will be open between 4pm and 8pm and you can arrive any time between these hours. The venue will be fully dressed and we have some amazing suppliers joining us to provide all the wedding inspo!

If you’ve not yet secured your ceremony time, the Vale of Glamorgan registrars will also be in attendance. Tomorrow will be a one stop shop for all of you; dreamy boho venue, awesome suppliers, registrar calendars… you could literally plan your dream day in one evening!

Charlotte and Jonathan, you did it!

On Saturday, Charlotte and Jonathan’s guests came to Cobbles under the pretence that they were attending their long anticipated engagement party. Jonathan finally asked Charlotte to marry him after 15 years… once all their guests had arrived, they announced that they would be getting married in 15 minutes... A goosebump moment all round!

It was such a pleasure for all of the team to get to be a part of this moment and what a celebration it was. You’ve both been such a pleasure to work with and we honestly wish you all of the love and happiness life can give you. Thank you for choosing Cobbles, congratulations 🤍

Wow, we’ve officially reached one hundred registrations for our Sip & See Summer Wedding Showcase event taking place on Wednesday 17th July!

It’s not too late to be added to the list and there are plenty more spaces available! The venue will be set and dressed as you’d expect on your special day and we have some incredible suppliers joining us! Send us a DM or drop the team an email: [email protected] to get your names on the list!

This is going to be an amazing evening, we can’t wait to welcome you all. The full team will be on hand to chat all things weddings and you will get the opportunity to meet with lots of suppliers who can all play a part in bringing your wedding visions to life.
